Supply Chain Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the portfolio of projects within the Operations organization.

• Drive the transition towards data-driven decision-making across KWS Vegetables.

• Integrate, cleanse, standardize and optimize critical supply chain data.

• Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs that provide visibility into supply chain performance.

• Collaborate with IT and business users to develop data marts and self-service reporting solutions.

• Establish and monitor data governance frameworks.

• Train and support colleagues in using data, dashboards and new ways of working.

• Act as a trusted partner for Operations in process optimization and decision-making.

• Lead strategic Supply Chain projects from analysis through to implementation.

To seed your future, you’ve got the following skills:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data, processes, and supply chain management.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear insights.

• A structured, independent, and proactive way of working.

• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders, even without formal authority.

• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

• Affinity with systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, ABS or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

• Knowledge of vegetable seeds or agri-industry is considered an advantage.
