You’re not just processing invoices; you’re making processes smarter. In this role you’ll be streamlining payments, maintaining vender contact and improving our Purchase-to-Pay workflow every day. Your work drives speed, accuracy and control across our financial operations.
You’ll be part of our Finance & Procurement team in Andijk, the financial hub of KWS Vegetables. Together, we make sure all invoices run smoothly and build a future-proof financial organization.

Your responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you are the backbone of our financial administration. You make sure incoming invoices, from costs to seeds, are processed timely and accurately. In addition you will:
Maintain contact with vendors and monitor payment agreements.
Keep vendor master data up to date.
Support colleagues with questions about invoice processing.

Contribute to improvements in the Purchase-to-Pay process.
To seed your future, you've got the following skills:
MBO-level or equivalent financial education.
At least 7 years of experience in invoice processing and accounting systems (Exact Globe is a plus).
Strong Excel skills.
Good knowledge of relevant tax rules (VAT, WKR etc.)
You work in a structured and accurate way, are hands-on, results-driven, and communicate clearly.
