For our location in Andijk, we are on the lookout for a hands-on, quality-driven Seed Production Specialist Fruity Crops. Do you thrive on planning, precision and process optimization? As our new Seed Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the full production planning and coordination of our Fruity Crops. You ensure our global network of production partners has everything they need to grow high-quality seed, while maintaining traceability and monitoring every step of the way.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of our Supply Team and work closely with breeding, field production partners and stakeholders. By combining your planning power with strong communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement, you make sure our fruity crop supply is reliable, traceable and ready for the future.

Your responsibilities:
You manage the full process of parent line and hybrid seed production for our Fruity crops – from planning to performance.
You build and nurture strong partnerships with our suppliers
You keep production data up to date and accurate in our ERP system.
You track and evaluate supply chain performance – and use those insights to improve future cycles.
You take the lead in small-scale improvement projects
To seed your future, you've got the following skills:
A passion for vegetable seed production – and hands-on green fingers.
A natural drive to improve, innovate and go for the best result.
You’re quick to navigate digital tools like ERP systems and Excel.
You see opportunities for system improvements – and help make them happen.
You’re flexible, decisive and comfortable dealing with uncertainty.
You have a university degree or a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in the seed industry.
You speak and write both Dutch and English fluently.
You’re willing to travel 10–30% of your time.
