Regional Market Development Manager UK - Ireland
Your responsibilities
You drive market development in the UK & Ireland from strategy to execution. You connect the market with our organization, build strong relationships across the value chain, and turn insights into concrete actions.
Develop and execute the regional market strategy
Build and maintain strategic relationships across the value chain
Translate market insights into actions for breeding, product and business development
Drive successful introduction and adoption of new varieties
Identify growth opportunities and strengthen KWS’ market position
Connect teams and stakeholders to deliver impact together
Skills & experience
5+ years of experience in vegetable seeds, fresh produce, or a related agri-sector
Strong understanding of UK & Ireland vegetable production and market dynamics
Experience in customer development, market development or strategic roles
Comfortable working with data and tools such as ERP (ABS/SAP), CRM (Salesforce) and product systems (Mercado).
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across the value chain
Able to translate market insights into concrete business opportunities
