Marketing Communications Strategy Manager
Your responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies
Create and deliver global marketing communication plans that promote the KWS Vegetables brand, products, and services to growers and value chain partners.
Ensure all strategies match the global marketing goals and stay aligned with the brand identity.
Lead global campaigns and create content
Lead teams to develop creative marketing ideas and content that resonate with customers.
Plan and organize exciting international product launches and campaigns that add value and support market goals.
Provide local Marketing Specialists with ready-to-use content toolkits to implement global campaigns locally.
Support and guide teams
Help and mentor local Marketing Specialists to plan and execute campaigns, events, and product launches in their markets.
Work closely with technical experts (like Product Managers and Researchers) to develop content that highlights the benefits of new product traits.
Track and improve results
Analyze marketing data, track campaign results, and update customer personas to improve future campaigns.
Keep the global marketing calendar up to date to keep overview on worldwide presence and align on planning
Work with Agencies and Stakeholders
Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.
Represent KWS Vegetables in group marketing meetings and coordinate with other teams across the business.
To ensure effective collaboration and strategy implementation, you work at our headquarters in Andijk (NL) for a minimum of three days per week.
To seed your future, you've got the following skills:
University/BA degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or similar fields.
At least 5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in an agrifood or fresh produce environment.
Ability to develop clear, big-picture strategies that achieve marketing goals and support business objectives.
Strong communication skills and natural confidence to guide and work with people across cultures.
Friendly, approachable, and a good mentor for helping others succeed.
Able to come up with new, exciting ideas for campaigns and marketing strategies.
Focused on understanding customer needs and addressing them effectively.
Knowledge of branding principles and how to create a consistent and strong brand message.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch or Spanish is an advantage.
