Business Analyst ICT (2024)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between the business and ICT. In this role, you will be at the center of our organization and responsible for analyzing, understanding and improving organizational processes. You are the driving force in realizing these improvements by involving all stakeholders.
You analyze, recognize and translate the needs of the business into usable solutions and know how to convince others of your ideas through your great enthusiasm.
You identify the needs and wishes of the organization and its various departments on an operational, tactical and strategic level and communicate these to different stakeholders.
You support the development of requirements in user stories and always keep the total process in mind (End-to-End).
You obtain support and backing for the changes the organization wants to realize. In doing so, you will see opportunities to deploy future new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Big Data.
You form the bridge between the business and supporting disciplines and take into account all aspects of business operations. ICT is often an essential part of this.
You support our ERP system implemented for Vegetable Seeds. The ICT landscape is in full development and you will support various integrations and expansions.
You will be working with Key Users, suppliers and the internal organization for implementing new functionalities and delivering clear specifications.
You have a helicopter view, are analytically strong, highly adaptable and a problem solver. You work in a structured way and are good in process thinking.
You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree and several years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
You have an affinity for information technology (knowledge of AI/ML/BigData is an advantage).
You have extensive experience in ERP systems (SAP/S4Hana experience is a plus).
You have broad knowledge of a manufacturing environment; forecasts, ATP and MRP are familiar to you.
You are a true team player who likes to work with other driven ICT professionals.
You love to get things done and know what it takes to do so.
You possess excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
You are results-oriented and a true team player with a critical attitude.
You will be working for an international and fast-developing company that produces the very best seed.
You get to work in the ICT Team, which consists of 11 colleagues (Business Analyst, BI Specialist, Master Data Specialists & DevOps engineers) and will be reporting to the Manager ICT.
